About Your Retreat Facilitator

My story is one of unexpected turns and steadfast determination. Early motherhood presented its challenges, but it also ignited in me a fierce resolve to not just succeed, but thrive. My vision was clear: to rise above my beginnings and forge a path as a hardworking entrepreneur.

However, ambition comes at a cost, and a few years back, I grappled with burnout, a harsh reminder of my limits. That struggle forced a pause, a reevaluation of what truly mattered, and it was during that reflective pause that I embraced my genuine purpose.

My journey led me to dive deeply into the realms of spirituality and healing. I enriched myself with various disciplines: manifestation, sound baths, cacao ceremonies, Reiki, and breathwork facilitation. All these practices informed my approach as a trauma-informed practitioner, grounding me in the belief that healing is an ongoing journey, one that we navigate together.

Today, I am the proud owner of a wellness space where I dedicate myself to the growth and healing of others. I stand as a testament to resilience and as a guide for those on their own healing paths. I am a firm believer that our evolution never ceases; we are all perpetual students of life.

As I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your transformative experience in Costa Rica, remember, we are allies on this path—constantly healing, constantly evolving, and forever supporting one another.

5 nights & 6 days at Peace Retreat

Peace Retreat is located in the town of Playa Negra, along the stunning Pacific Gold Coast in the Province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica, near Tamarindo. They are a thriving, intimate, boutique-style retreat center. Just a 75-minute drive from Liberia International Airport.

Yoga & Wellness

Morning yoga classes in a private jungle shala, group ceremonies and guided workbooks. Access to beach, surfing, horseback riding, and all of our Wellness Offerings loated below.

Accommodations

We have 2 options for you!

A luxe jungle double bungalow with a/c, wifier wifi

!, and your own single bed with a view of the jungle. Or a room in the main house with a pool and jungle view and faster WIFI!

Nourish

Eat nourishing, fresh, locally sourced foods from our private chef, provided daily is a morning breakfast & coffee, and a fresh evening dinner. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Lunch is not included! But can be purchased

Sound bath

Sound bathes are waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional wind and percussion instruments, also known as a “sound bath,” may help with stress, fatigue, and depression symptoms

Spa Service Of Your Choice

Relax & restore while experiencing a private spa service of your choice in a boutique jungle spa. Time to unwind and focus on your wellness.

Beach Bonfire Ceremony

Reconnect and ground yourself during our evening sunset and bonfire. Find your deepest intention for this year, let go of what is no longer serving you. Write it down, and watch it burn away to make room for new growth.

Cacao Ceremony

Cacao ceremonies are a celebratory ritual that opens the heart through the use of cacao. Cacao ceremonies are a facilitator of self-reflection and spiritual awakening; allowing one to consider who you are, analyze ones hopes, wishes, and dreams, and let go of the past in order to grow from it and build a better future for oneself and others.

Things to know

Transportation

This package does not include the cost of your flight to Costa-Rica, you will have to purchase your flights, Shuttle from airport is included. The beach is a 30 minute walk, however you can also choose to get a car rental to explore the beautiful area!

An itinerary and packing checklist will be sent out after booking along with a group chat to we can all connect before the retreat

Early bird pricing will only be available for a limited amouth of time! Purchase before June 1st to reserve the pricing of $2,000 USD. That`s a savings of $222

Meals

The majority of our meals will be vegetarian, with some fresh fish, and eggs. Three meals served daily with fresh juice. Coffee and tea is included. 2 meals a day are included. Lunch can be purchased at the retreat or beach bar!

Please advise us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in your application. Most can be accommodated.

Shared accomodation

Rooms are double suites, with 2 single beds, with ensuit washrooms wifi & A/C included! Or a room in the main house with a pool and jungle view, and no A/C, but faster WIFI!
